Location

In my home near Pike and 287 in Longmont CO: There are 18 steps to enter - treat from an apartment above the garage. (I will provide the directions in an attachment once you have scheduled). Please park in front of the white fence and not the garage. There is no waiting room. So when you arrive I will come out and wave you up.

Feisty?

The word "feisty" perfectly captures the spirit of Feisty Pelvic Power, a pelvic floor physical therapy business dedicated to empowering tenacious athletic women. Can I bring my kids?

Yes you may. There is only one open space that has a collapsible wall. There are blocks and coloring pages for them if needed. There is an outdoor playground down the block 3-5 min walk.

$209/session 1 hour 1:1 with DPT to help you achieve your goals

I accept Cash, Credit, Debit, services qualify for health cards such as FSA and HSA.

What do I wear?

Loose comfortable clothing. Preferably something you can move or exercise in. If you are wearing jeans I may ask you to take them off or pull them down to reach skin. 


Insurance

Out of network for all insurances, able to provide superbill. I do not see Medicare or Medicaid patients per CMS laws.


Can I come on my cycle?

Yes. It is a great time to do work to release muscles. Also if you are having pain with your cycle, I want to assess you while you have the pain.
